I highly recommend tuna salads because they contain vitamins and minerals like vitamin B6, iron, iodine, potassium, vitamin D, and selenium. Another amazing fact about eating tuna is tuna also contains omega 3 in preventing cardiovascular diseases.
The main ingredients in this salad are tuna, hard-boiled eggs, sweet pickle relish, mayonnaise, lemon or lime juice, salt, and pepper. Always drain out the water or oil in the tuna can. There is no need to use olive oil in this recipe since the tuna was already soaked in a can of oil.
