1 avocado, sliced
¼ cup of cherry tomatoes
¼ cup green grapes

¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil
⅓ cup of honey
⅓ teaspoon of salt
¼ cup of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
2 tablespoons of lemon juice( optional)

Firstly, prepare the salad dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, honey, salt, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, black pepper, and lemon juice until they are well combined. Keep the dressing aside.
