Firstly, combine the oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, pepper, and garlic in a large mixing bowl.
Secondly, cut the steak and veggies into 1-inch pieces.
Then combine the meat and veggies into a mixing dish.
Refrigerate the bowl for 4 to 24 hours to marinate because the steak and shrimp have to get the flavors.
Preheat the grill to medium.
Using 8 skewers, alternate threading meat, and shrimp with veggies.
Then brush any remaining marinade on.
Place the kabobs on the grill over medium heat when ready to cook.
The grill should be covered.
Cook for 7 minutes, flipping once, or until the steak is ready to your liking and the shrimp are pink.
