                      The soy free peanut butter is very easy and quick to make if you have a food processor. 

                      After trying out this recipe, you will never buy peanut butter again, you will instead make it yourself.

                      On the positive side, we are going to make peanut butter in three ways. First will be basic peanut butter, followed by almond peanut butter, and lastly, chocolate peanut butter.

                       

                      Soy Free Peanut Butter 
                      Peanut Butter

                      Ingredients For Soy Free Peanut Butter 

                      • 300 grams of unsalted shelled peanuts
                      • ¼ to ½ teaspoon of sea salt
                      • 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey
                      • 1 to 3 teaspoons of peanut oil, if required(optional)

                      Steps To Follow For Soy Free Peanut Butter 

                      1. First, heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and then add the peanuts to a round or square cake pan or a rimmed baking sheet.
                      2. Afterward, roast the peanuts for 3 minutes, shake the pan then roast another 3 to 5 minutes or until the peanuts are lightly browned and smell nutty. 
                      3. In addition, please be careful because they can burn quickly. Allow the peanuts to cool until you can handle them.
                      4. Furthermore, add ⅓  cup of the roasted peanuts to the bowl of a food processor and then pulse 6 to 8 times, or until the peanuts are chopped into very small pieces.
                      5. Afterward, transfer chopped peanuts to a bowl and keep them aside for later.
                      6. After, add the roasted peanuts to the bowl of a food processor and process for 1 minute, and then scrape the sides of the bowl of the food processor with a rubber spatula. Then process for another 2 to 3 minutes until the peanut butter is smooth and shiny.
                      7. In addition, add your desired amount of salt and honey and then process until combined. To clarify, for us we add ½ teaspoon of salt and 1 ½  teaspoon of honey. 
                      8. After, check the consistency. If the peanut butter is too thick, add some peanut oil, a teaspoon at a time, until you get the right consistency. And for crunchy peanut butter, stir in the reserved peanuts.

                      Soy Free Almond Peanut Butter 

                      Ingredients For Almond Peanut Butter 

                      • 150 grams of unsalted whole almonds
                      • 150 grams of unsalted shelled peanuts 
                      • A pinch to ½ teaspoon of salt
                      • 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey 
                      • 1 to 3 teaspoons of peanut oil, if needed

                      Steps To Follow For Almond Peanut Butter 

                      1. In the first place, heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and then add the peanuts and almonds to a round or square cake pan or a rimmed baking sheet.
                      2. Afterward, roast the peanuts and almonds for 3 minutes, then shake the pan, then roast another 3 to 5 minutes or until the peanuts are lightly browned and smell nutty.
                      3. Furthermore, add the almonds and peanuts to the bowl of a food processor.
                      4. Afterward, the process for 1 minute then scrape the sides of the bowl of the food processor with a rubber spatula. Then, process for another 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and shiny.
                      5. Then, add your desired amount of salt and honey and then process until well combined. To clarify, for us we add ½  teaspoon of salt and 1 ½  teaspoon of honey. 
                      6. To be sure, check the consistency. If it seems too thick or dry, add some peanut oil, a teaspoon at a time, until you get the right consistency.

                      Soy Free Chocolate Peanut Butter 

                      Ingredients For Chocolate Peanut Butter 

                      • 300 grams of unsalted shelled peanut butter
                      • A pinch to ½ teaspoon of sea salt
                      • ½ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder 
                      • 1 cup to 1 ½ cup of powdered sugar
                      • 2 tablespoons of peanut oil, plus more if needed

                      Steps To Follow For Soy Free Chocolate Peanut Butter 

                      1. First, heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and then add the peanuts to a round or square cake pan or a rimmed baking sheet.
                      2. Afterward, roast the peanuts for 3 minutes, shake the pan then roast another 3 to 5 minutes or until the peanuts are lightly browned and smell nutty. 
                      3. In addition, please be careful because they can burn quickly. Allow the peanuts to cool until you can handle them.
                      4. Then, add the roasted peanuts to the bowl of a food processor and then process for 1 minute then scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Process another 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and shiny.
