- 1 teaspoon each of onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and white wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon each of dried parsley flakes freshly ground black pepper and sea salt

Cut your pork chops according to your preference but make sure the marinade will cover the chops. The marinade should be able to penetrate the insides of the chops. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine olive oil, brown sugar, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, thyme, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, parsley, salt, and pepper. Then add the pork chops to the bag, bathe them with the marinade, push out any extra air, and close it. Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours to marinate. For the best results, we advise that you marinate for 30 hours.
