Firstly, in a large bowl or dish, prepare the marinade by whisking together, the brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sriracha, pineapple juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
Add the chicken and evenly coat the chicken with the marinade. Cover tightly with cling film and store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until overnight so that the flavors enter the chicken well.Â
Thirdly, preheat your grill or pan.
