Steps To Follow while grilling lobster tails
- Firstly, preheat a grill or pan over medium heat, in a small bowl whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, zest, chives, parsley, garlic, and salt.
- Secondly, cut the top of the lobster shell from the fleshy piece of the tail using kitchen shears. Using a sharp knife, cut halfway through the meat down to the center without cutting all through.
- Then insert a bamboo skewer lengthwise through the lobsters to keep lobsters from curling up when cooked.
- Brush all over with virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill flesh side down until lightly charred for about 6 minutes flip lobster and add a spoonful of the butter mixture on the flesh side, grill until cooked thoroughly for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Lastly, remove the lobster from the grill/pan and sprinkle with chili flakes serve with lemon wedges or a lemon dip.

Make sure your grill grates are clean.
