                      As the heading states, easy keto chicken recipes. I have written three keto chicken recipes. Today’s recipes are keto butter chicken, keto crispy fried chicken, and keto chicken nuggets.

                      1. Keto Butter Chicken Recipe

                      The keto butter chicken is delicious and easy to make. This keto butter chicken is not only delicious and easy, but it is also healthy.

                      Ingredients For Keto Chicken RecipeĀ 

                      The keto chicken marinade

                      • 2 pounds of boneless chicken thighs (about 907 grams)
                      • ¾ cup of full-fat Greek yogurt
                      • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
                      • 1 teaspoon of cumin
                      • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
                      • 1 teaspoon of garam masalaĀ 
                      • ½ teaspoon of ground ginger
                      • ½ teaspoon of chili powder

                      Butter chicken sauce ingredientsĀ 

                      • ¼ cup of unsalted butter
                      • ½ large onion, thinly sliced
                      • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
                      • ½ cup of heavy cream
                      • 29 ounces can of tomato sauce, (about 3 ½ cups)
                      • 1 tablespoon of garam masalaĀ 
                      • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
                      • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
                      • ¾ teaspoon of sea salt
                      • Cilantro for garnishing

                      Steps To Follow For Keto Butter ChickenĀ 

                      1. First, make the marinade. In a large bowl, add the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, cumin, sea salt, garam masala, ginger, and chili powder. Then stir the marinade ingredients to combine.
                      2. Afterward, add the chicken thighs and mix evenly to coat. Then cover the top of the bowl with cling film and chill the marinade for at least an hour, or overnight.
                      3. In the meantime, make the butter chicken sauce. First, melt the unsalted butter in a large pan over medium heat. Then add the thinly sliced onions and saute for 8 to 10 minutes, until soft and browned.
                      4. Next, add the minced garlic and saute for 30 seconds until aromatized.Ā 
                      5. Afterward, stir in the tomato sauce, heavy cream, garam masala, ground ginger, chili powder, and sea salt.
                      6. Furthermore, remove the chicken from the marinade and cut it into bite-size pieces using kitchen shears.
                      7. After, add the chicken thighs to the pan, nestling them in the butter sauce in a single layer.
                      8. Then spoon additional sauce over the chicken thighs to cover. Afterward, increase the heat to high and bring it to a simmer, then simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every few minutes until the sauce is slightly thickened and the sauce has cooked through.
                      9. Lastly, serve and enjoy the keto butter chicken.

                      • 4 boneless and skinless chicken thighs (about 18 ounces)Ā 
                      • Sunflower oil for frying

                      The egg wash mixtureĀ 

                      • 2 large eggs
                      • 2 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream

                      For the breadingĀ 

                      • ā…” cup of almond flour
                      • ā…” cup of finely grated parmesan cheese
                      • 1 teaspoon of table salt
                      • ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
                      • ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika
                      • ½ teaspoon of ground cayenneĀ 

                      Steps To Follow For Keto Crispy Fried ChickenĀ 

                      1. First, cut each chicken thigh into 3 evenly sized pieces and also trim off the excess fat if desired. In addition, if the thighs are moist, pat them dry with chicken paper towels. Keep thighs aside.
                      2. Next, make the egg wash. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and heavy cream until combined and pale yellow.Ā 
                      3. Furthermore, mix the breading ingredients. In a large bowl, stir together almond flour, parmesan cheese, table salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and cayenne. Stir until well mixed with no clumps.Ā 
                      4. Afterward, prepare a large tray and line it with parchment paper to hold the breaded chicken.
                      5. After, bread the chicken. Working with one piece of chicken at a time, first coat the chicken in the breading bowl, then in the egg wash bowl, and then again in the breading bowl.
                      6. Then, place the breaded chicken pieces on the prepared parchment paper.
                      7. Next, add 1 to 2 inches of sunflower oil to a pot over medium heat, then heat the oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.Ā 
                      8. In addition, please frequently monitor the temperature by adjusting the heat level during frying. Alternatively, use a deep fryer with automatic temperature control.
                      9. Furthermore, fry the chicken. Gently and carefully lower half of the breaded chicken into the hot sunflower oil and then fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes.Ā 
                      10. After, place the crispy fried chicken on a large plate with a kitchen paper towel.Ā 
                      11. Then repeat with the remaining breaded chicken.
                      12. Lastly, serve and enjoy.

                      The keto chicken nuggets are amazing and delicious. These nuggets are not only amazing and delicious, but they are also easy and quick to make.

                      Ingredients For The Keto Chicken NuggetsĀ

                      • 800 g of medium-sized chicken breast
                      • 1 cup of almond flour
                      • 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
                      • ½ teaspoon of salt
                      • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
                      • ¼ teaspoon of paprika
                      • ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
                      • ½ – 1 cup of sunflower oil for frying

                      2. Next, mix and combine the salt, garlic, paprika, and black pepper in a small bowl.
                      3. afterward, add the spices to the chicken, and carefully stir until all of the pieces of chicken are well seasoned with the spices.
                      4. Furthermore, whisk the egg in a small-sized bowl until the egg yolk combines with the white.
                      5. Then, add the eggs to the chicken breast pieces and stir until the chicken is thoroughly coated in the egg mixture.
                      6. Next, in a separate medium-sized bowl, combine almond flour and parmesan cheese.
                      7. Afterward, dip each piece of chicken in the flour-cheese mixture until fully covered.
                      8. Then, heat the sunflower oil over medium-high heat in a pan, and fry the chicken nuggets in batches.
                      9. In addition, cook the chicken nuggets on both sides for about 3 minutes, until golden and cooked thoroughly in the center.
                      10. Place the chicken nuggets on a large platter lined with kitchen paper towels.
                      11. Lastly, serve and enjoy.
