In this recipe, we need ingredients like; fresh lemon juice, fresh garlic, extra virgin olive oil, fresh parsley, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, rotini pasta, red onion, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, feta cheese, and cucumber. For vegetables, we are to use fresh vegetables they bring out the best salad. For the rest of the ingredients always look out for good quality.
Ingredients For The Greek Salad Dressing
â…“ cup of fresh lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic, finely choppedÂ
½ cup of extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of parsley, finely chopped
½ teaspoon of dried oregano
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of black pepper

2 cups of rotini pasta (or any other of your choice)
1 small red onion, finely chopped
2 cups of cherry tomatoes halved
½ cup kalamata olives, sliced
¼ cup of parsley, roughly chopped
½ cup of crumbled feta cheese
1 cucumber, slicedÂ
¼ teaspoon of black pepperÂ
¼ teaspoon of salt
Steps To Follow For The Greek Pasta SaladÂ
Firstly, fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a boil over high heat.
Secondly, Once the water has boiled place the rotini pasta in the boiling water, and cook the pasta uncovered while stirring occasionally until the pasta has cooked through for about 11 minutes.
Thirdly, rinse the pasta in cold water and drain.Â
Make the salad dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together fresh lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Keep aside.
In a large bowl, place the rotini pasta, chopped red onions, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese kalamata olives, parsley, cucumber, black pepper, and salt.
Then pour the salad dressing over the pasta and other ingredients in the large bowl and toss evenly to coat.
Cover the salad with cling film and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.Â
