½ cup dried cranberries
¼ teaspoon of black pepper

Firstly, blanch the broccoli florets in 6 cups of boiling water for 1 minute. Drain the water and rinse in cold boiled water.
Secondly, put a pan on medium heat, and add ½ tablespoon of olive oil, fry the bacon for 3 minutes until crispy and brown. Drain olive, then put bacon on a cutting board and chop bacon in dice shape.
Thirdly, in a clean and small bowl, make the salad dressing by combining mayonnaise, powdered sugar, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper. Keep aside.
Then place the broccoli florets, cranberries, bacon, red onions, and red bell pepper in a large bowl.
Pour the salad dressing over the broccoli blend or mixture. Toss evenly.
Lastly, refrigerate the salad for at least one hour before serving, this gives the salad a perfect flavor. Serve after one hour and enjoy.
