Stir fry tofu Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of Chopped garlic
- 2 Spring onion bulbs
- ½ Chopped Zucchini (yellow and green)
- 100 grams of firm Chopped tofu cubes
- ½ cup of chopped and steamed broccoli
- 1 ½ Tablespoon of soy sauce
- ½ Tablespoon of white vinegar
- ½ tablespoon of natural honey
- 1 ½ Red chili deseeded and chopped.
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper
- ½ cup of chopped scallions
- 2 pinches of sesame seeds for garnishing.

Add salt to the ingredients according to your preference, Grind some fresh black pepper into the frying pan and add 1 tablespoon of chopped scallions too.
