We have done beef ribs before but this time around we are going to focus more on the country style beef ribs slow cooker meals. - 4lbs of bone-in ribs
- 1 large white onion, chopped
- ½ cup soy sauce and 1 ½ cup water
- 1 teaspoon of garlic salt and a teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1 ½ cup of bbq sauce, divided (because we have to spare some for dipping)
- A tablespoon of chili powder and 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped for garnishing
- 2 tablespoons of garlic powder

- Pastry brush
- Crockpot
- Nonstick cooking spray
Steps To Follow For Bbq Beef Ribs Slow Cooker.
- Firstly, grease a 6-quarter pot with a non-stick cooking spray and add onions to the base of the crockpot.
- In a large bowl, add 1 cup of bbq sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and smoked paprika. Combine them all together to make a coating and brush it uniformly over the beef ribs covering them on all the sides.
- Place the beef ribs on top of the onions, then add the water, and cover the slow cooker with a lid.
- Cook the beef ribs for 6 to 7 hours on low heat. (If you cooking on high heat cook the beef ribs for 3 to 4 hours)
- To find out whether your beef ribs are ready, gently insert them into a meat thermometer, it should read 175 degrees Fahrenheit and should be tender and soft.
- When the ribs are ready, place a pan on medium heat and add the remaining bbq sauce and the beef ribs and toss evenly to combine.
- Lastly, assemble the ribs on a plate and garnish them with finely chopped fresh parsley.
