Cooking Chicken Kabobs On Grill
This is a great way to cook chicken kabobs on grill. You can marinate these kabobs overnight and serve them as a delightful alternative to traditional barbecue cuisine during an outdoor BBQ! You may also add fresh mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.
One of my favorite things is grilling chicken kabobs. During the summer, I prepare these grilled chicken kabobs on a regular basis; they’re the ideal blend of tender marinated chicken and a variety of vegetables.
Cooking chicken kabobs is simple, and you don’t need to pay someone to help you, especially if you’re only serving a few people. If you’re serving a large group, you may pay someone to perform the grilling for you. On the grill, this is a colorful, quick, and easy method to make chicken kabobs.
Ingredients For The Kabobs;
- ⅓ cup light soy sauce
- ¼ cup sunflower cooking oil
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves cut into 1½ inch pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 medium red onions or white onions, quartered
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 2 chopped red bell peppers,
- Bamboo skewers
- Cherry tomatoes(optional)
Steps to follow when cooking chicken kabobs on grill
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sunflower oil, soy sauce, and pepper. Save a tiny quantity of the marinade to brush on the kabobs while they’re cooking before adding the chicken. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, garlic, cherry tomatoes, onions, and peppers, and marinate for at least 2 hours for a deeper taste.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat in the second step.
Finally, remove the chicken and veggies from the marinade and discard them. Using bamboo skewers, alternately thread chicken and veggies.
Grease the grill lightly. Brush the kabobs with the marinade and place them on the preheated grill. Cook for 15 minutes, rotating and spraying with marinade periodically, or until chicken juices run clear.
But you should serve it right away on a large tray because it’s best eaten hot.
