1¼ kgs of boneless beef ribs
½ tablespoon of dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper
2 teaspoons of salt
1 tablespoon of cayenne
½ teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon of cumin powder

Method For Cooking Boneless Beef Ribs On The Grill.
Firstly, preheat the grill to high heat, and lightly grease the grill grates.
In a bowl mix the chili powder, soy sauce, black pepper, cayenne, salt, cumin powder, and honey if you’re going to use it.
Pour the marinade into a zipper bag and add the boneless beef ribs, then rub to coat evenly. ( Store the ribs in the refrigerator). Marinate the ribs boneless beef for 3 hours or overnightÂ
Place the ribs on high heat and char/ scorch each side for 5 minutes, then shed off the excess marinade.
Move the ribs to low heat and close the lid and grill for 30 minutes.Â
Then wrap the beef ribs in aluminum foil and proceed with grilling for roughly 2 hours. Please keep the internal temperature at 275 degrees Fahrenheit because this is the magic temperature to guarantee doneness.Â
