Ingredients For The Authentic Greek Cucumber Salad

• 2 large cucumbers, chopped ¼ slices
• 6 Roma tomatoes, halved
• 1 medium-sized red onion
• ½ cup of feta cheese

Ingredients for the greek cucumber salad dressing 

• ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil
•  2 tablespoons of lemon juice
• Garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
• ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
• 1 teaspoon of dried basil
• A pinch of salt

Tools needed

• Chopping board
• Mixing bowls
• Knifes 
• Rubber spatula

Steps To Follow 

1. Firstly, wash the vegetables( cucumbers and tomatoes) under running water until thoroughly cleaned.
2. Secondly, chop the cucumber, Roma tomatoes, and red onion.
3. In a clean and large bowl, place the chopped cucumber, Roma tomatoes, and red onions and keep them aside.
4. Then make the dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. 
5. Pour the salad dressing over the vegetables and gently toss them because we want them to blend well. 
6. Place the cheese on the salad.
